This is what people see every day when they go to make a left hand turn onto Sereno drive off Sonoma blvd. The median strip from Lewis Brown Dr. all the way until the strip runs out. Garbage evreywhere and has been for a long time. The city says it belongs to Cal-trans and has no jurisdiction on cleaning it up! It runs through the heart of Vallejo, would you not think the city would like a more sustainable visionof its main thorough way as you drive through Vallejo? I guess not. Proof is in the pictures.

You may submit a Customer Service Request using their online reporting tool here: https://csr.dot.ca.gov/, or by calling the Caltrans District 4 office at (510) 286-4444. This may not be your jurisdiction but i would think you, the COV, would contact them since this problem goes right through the middle of Vallejo. Bureaucracy at its finest, and no this hasnt been fixed carol elliott.

I am really impressed to see Cal-Trans going down the center of Sonoma Blvd this morning cleaning up the center median!!!!!!!! I reported this back on 12/28/2019 and it seems someone got the message whether it be my comments and picture or someone elses, doesnt matter, it got fixed. Thank You to whomever got it done!!!!!

I cant help but say this shouldnt have come to people like Rick and others to bring this to the attention of either Caltrans or the COV. It should have been cleaned up without anyone bringing it to either entity's attention. The COV and Caltrans drive up and down this area everyday of the week. Just being lazy about their jobs and not caring as i see it! Just my my opinion.
