This is what people see every day when they go to make a left hand turn onto Sereno drive off Sonoma blvd. The median strip from Lewis Brown Dr. all the way until the strip runs out. Garbage evreywhere and has been for a long time. The city says it belongs to Cal-trans and has no jurisdiction on cleaning it up! It runs through the heart of Vallejo, would you not think the city would like a more sustainable visionof its main thorough way as you drive through Vallejo? I guess not. Proof is in the pictures.
