Description
The dumpster at this multiunit building overflows every single week. Large items block the sidewalk and it looks awful. On windy days, stuff blows all over the neighborhood. Is this something code can deal with? They obviously need a larger dumpster with a lock or more frequent pick up.

update from DPW 4/11: According to the work order, the actual address for the property was #29 William Street. (This address is right next to #2 Avalon Place at the corner of the two streets.) Inspectional Services had entered in a new work order when they found the right location. That was back on january 3rd. They inspected this property and told the property owner that they had to clean up the dumpster which was overflowing. When they reinspected the property on January 4th, the dumpster was emptied. The work order was then closed.
i reopened the work order today as it's overflowying again. of course it's going to be empty at certain times of the week! they need a larger dumpster or more frequent pickups...
