someone needs to explain not to put it out every week when our first pickup isn't until 9/12 & even then every other week...not every week. apparently they didn't bother to read info that was delivered with it. so it'll be there for days again. ALSO TRASH ALL OVER THE YARD THAT WILL INEVITABLY END UP IN MINE!!!

These individuals continually put the recycle container by the road every Thursday on trash collection day. Sept 12 is our FIRST PICK-UP per the schedule left with the containers at delivery. This container has been by the street completely full since THursday yet again and was still there this morning! Considering pick-up is going to be every other week and not every week ... since they couldn't be bothered to pay attention to the information that came with the canister .... I think someone needs to pay a visit to inform them of the pick-up schedule! I'm tired of seeing this over-flowing container by the street each day!

The containers were gone when SWS Enforcement visited the property, they will send a notice of guidelines to the property.

Of course it was gone when it's forever before they come out! It sits there for DAYS and then is removed just prior to SWS Enforcment supposedly visiting the property. How about going the DAY IT IS REPORTED!!!!

Perhaps this person is overwhelmed or disabled. If "DoWhat'sRight" applies to you, perhaps you could offer to help?

Actually, they aren't any of those things. There are numerous able-body adults living there, with numerous children. The issue is that they apparently didn't read the informational paper that came with the canister or just don't understand & continue to put it out every week when it's every-other-week collection & then leave it for days. I've attempted to tell them these things & they pretend they don't understand English.

And again! If our first pick-up for recycle container was 9/12 & it only picks up every other Thursday, then it would've picked up last week and not THIS WEEK. But these individuals continually place it by the curb with regular trash EVERY WEEK & it will now sit there for days.

Per Solid Waste Services: This has been investigated. There were violations found on this street (3 recycling & 1 garbage). This issues will be addressed by sending a violation letter, contamination letter, and sending a calendar that informs the customer of the proper collection day. We will be sending this letter to the owners as well as the tenant. This was inspected on 10-5-2013.
