Trash has been piling up all weekend.

JCIA doesn't receive these complaints until Monday morning due to the ad-hoc nature of my reporting which is a result of the Mayor's Action Bureau being ineffective under the Healy administration. This is in the process of changing. Issues reported into SeeClickFix will automatically be pulled into the City's case management system and dispatched to the weekend crew so they can get to things faster.

Note that demolition trash was put out last night. JCIA did not pick it up. There are several bags on the curb

@marymook, - no, JCIA should not be picking up demo trash. and the tenants should not be putting it to the curb. I believe Stephen reported it to JCIA for enforcement.

JCIA issued the property owner a summons today.

Go Crystal! in many ways residents dont know what a good deal they have in jc . if yr in ft lee you pay for garbage pick up, the dump and you can nevet putout construction waste!

Question: i understand a summons was issued. How long should i wait to see the issue resolved? The demo trash was moved from the curb back into their front gate yard, along with miscellaneous and household trash. This property is a mess. See attached photo taken this morning.
