8/6/2013 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with graffiti removal being needed from the fence has been formally reported to Richmond Grounds Mgmt Team (20020910570) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Because of time that may be involved with this request, updates or follow up can be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000
I agree with @Shark, this larger neighborhood has seen a rise in graffiti over the past few months. It's good that new graffiti is reported and removed but the police need to at least be aware of it too. @RVA Care Warrior, do the police get notified about these requests?
Let's get this fixed. Has been three weeks since it was reported. Give me a city of richmond vest and some spray paint and I'll fix all the graffiti in this general area in one day
@Sorrento, has this been fixed? btw, I'd happily give you a vest and deputize you. (Also, I keep thinking of this old skit as a solution: http://www.hulu.com/watch/277719)
@Randolph. It has not been fixed. I have contacted the property owner and told him to give the city permission to come on the property if that's what it takes.
Great. Thanks! I have forwarded the form to the property owner!
Wish there was a form like this for bulk pickups since they won't take one step off of the alley to remove unsightly bulk items from properties. I ended up taking most bulk items from the 2026 report when I went to the dump the other day. Still a lot of tree/bush debris
Owner has filled out the form and sent in giving the city permission to come on to private property. Where do we stand with finally getting this fixed?
This still has not been fixed. The Owner is Howard Feller. Please mail out the form and get this taken care of. It's very noticeable as you enter the alley. It's been on here forever
