this is not fixed in anywhay!!!!!!!!!!!! hasnt even been toached. im highly allergic to mold when the wind blows i smell the mold.this house is unsafe also. it should of been condemed. torn down.kides from the area try to play around it and get in too.when the weather gets warmer i wont be able to sit on my own deck becouse of the smell and mold is air born also i will blow up and be sick again last time i was in hospital for a month and two weeks. dont want that to happen again..please put this on the citys list to get fixed or torn down. they cant just keep boarding it up that doesnt get rid of the mold spores..need's to be done by april at lest befor i breath it in..thats all it takes for me to get sick..

The appropriate officials have been notified about this issue. It might be helpful to the city if others supported this issue and helped to notify public works.

I have requested that this property be placed on our blight list. The owner will be notified of what needs to be done and will be fined if the conditions are not corrected. If the fines are not paid, the City will bring a foreclosure action. If the City acquires title, we can then take action ourselves with regard to the property.

In most instances, the owners will address the issues before that. This property is owned by a bank, which foreclosed on it for non payment of the mortgage.

this house still is moldy nast and no one even comes out to clean the yard or anything sense houseing got there number from someone came in july to cut the grass thats the last time someone came..now winters hear for the 3rd year in a row and it still has everthing in it and is realy moldy. if your in front of the house in the summer you can smell it.im alergic to mold so i try to pass by as fast as possable.i think the number is 24-25 something like that its yellow with all the boards on it.wish the city would push the bank to do something i know people who wanted it be for but now it is not worth it would have to degut the place done to nothing.would have to give it away free..or tear down...its a shame was a great house..

so you send me reminders of this issue but you do nothing about this house.ya ya you cant find the owner ya ya city has to get the house first well its been 3 1/2 years now ..what the hecks going on!!!!!!!!the neighbors should ask for lower taxes on thier propertys becouse that house makes are street look bad.

house is still just sitting, last week someone pulled in the driveway took out his tree cutters and cut of a branch or two from one of the flowering bush in front of the stares to the right side. he had no reason to do that its so pretty when in bloom. he said the bank sent him..to cut the lawn witch he did not do..

just want to say thanks for finally cleaning this nasty home out I know the bank did it but now selling it is good .sick of looking at that sad house just rotting away .now some one will fix it make it nice again.

this house is being sold to my friend he going to make it new again so happy because it was a very nice house and will be again .just wish it did not take 8 years to get it done could been in better shape if the owner sold it to him when he asked when she was in trouble with the bank but now I will close the issue thanks all that helped get this done .
