When a car attempts to enter the intersection from the Rite-Aide drug store, the waiting left turn traffic from State Rd s-32-107 does not get a turn signal thereafter until after the light has gone through a complete cycle. Often the left turn cycle is too short, allowing only one car to turn before yellow. Software bug? Intermittent sensor?

There is an option you can select for "traffic signal not working properly". Give a detailed description and specify the time of day and they may be able to adjust it. It sounds to me like the controller was programmed this way to keep this signal in coordination with the one at Piney Grove. It is probably worse if there is a pedestrian crossing St. Andrews.
