I’ve changed the status to open. DC 311 closes the status once an issue has been assigned, even though residents see the trash still there. DC Really should leave the issue open until the work is done; technology tools don’t fool us.

Exactly they’re updating a helpdesk ticket in remedy but they’re not resolving the issue in real time or in reality
