Where do we stand on this issue? This house is an eye sore on the block. Paint is chipping, lots of weeds, overgrown bushes, front steps are broken. This property is reported weekly. Has a letter been sent to the homeowner?

Glad to hear. The property has obviously been vacant for a while. Tons of stray cats calling the property home now.

Hope that the inspector goes around back as well. There is a very large pool of standing water and bulk items dumped in the driveway in addition to the problems listed above

When is the initial site visit? Over a month now on this issue. This picture is the tenant attempting to do something about the front yard. Landlord did not provide weed whacker or hedge clippers. There is also a bulk request and mosquito breeding ground request on this same property.

Still NOTHING has been don by the owner or the property manager.
