I have taken the initiative of cleaning up illegal dumping on this street on a previous occasion.
Only to my surprise someone resume the dumping.
I have contacted Hartford Fire , HPD,
License & Inspection. Regarding my concern and condemnation .
The high grass is a Fire, safety and Health hazard. I believe it requires immediate attention.
