This particular car has been parking in various parking spaces in 900 block of Center for at least 6 weeks and parking enforcement hasn’t done nothing. The plates are expired and you can tell it’s been sitting there for awhile. Additionally, there are several cars who have parked either in the 900 block of Center or on 9th btwn Center and Chester for MONTHS. Parking control needs to do their job. It’s not right those who actually get parking permits cant find a place to park in an already crowded neighborhood.
