I reported this exact issue multiple times!! Apparently nothing IS going to be done, until someone loses control of their vehicle going through that dip, under less than ideal weather conditions (rain, pooling water, snow, ice), crashes their car and then @#$% about that reported yet unfixed hazardous road condition.
