Where does the city jurisdiction end and the county's begin?

I made the same report on April 11th.

The city said it wasn’t their responsibility but it’s in Wayne County’s jurisdiction and gave me their number 888-762-3273.

I called. They gave me a 21114 as a service request number that resulted in them saying it’s not under Wayne County’s jurisdiction.

The intersection is in the city of Detroit, located in Wayne County in the state of Michigan.

How can citizens feel reassured that our concerns are important, warranted, and need to be validated and addressed when the bureaucracy keeps passing the buck....contact the local NETWORKS to address a problem that need to be fixed?

It shouldn’t have to go this far to get results!!!!!!!

Yvette: is the sinkhole within Livernois where it crosses Davison, or is it in Livernois on one side or the other of Davision. Davison is County jurisdiction, but Livernois is City.
