Garbage trucks from Wasteco and GFL are coming to collect garbage at early morning hours e.g. 3am, 5am. According to Toronto municipal code 591-4, they must come after 7am. If you are a neighbor here, please call 3-1-1 and file a complaint so that this will be stopped.

After some investigation, the company "Waste Connetions" is picking up garbage from 353 before 7am. They are coming at 5 and 6am in the morning.
I discussed this with the drivers of the garbage truck and they said that they "can't promise anything" and that "this is a back alley".
