I don't understand why they are not in violation when the grass is chest high! It looked like this last year and it was taken care if! How high does it have to get on Bertie and Longview before it is cut!'?

I do see Longview Lake on the City's mowing list, I will check with Parks & Recreation. All of the recent rain as put them behind schedule, so I provide an update once I hear back from them.

If I recall correctly, when this was an issue last spring it was determined that Victoria Place HOA (according to iMaps) was the responsible owner. If this is the case, I believe the pin location on the map for this issue is misplaced, though the description is correct. Have the inspector check conditions at the intersection of Bertie Dr and Longview Lake Dr.
