The weeds on the front lawn property are over 10" tall as of this date; and the racoons are still present and threatens my residence which is adjoining. The property is not secure, roof leaks and structural problems are evident which directly affects my property. This situation has increased and continues from when first reported on 5-1-2013. Its time the Code Department takes physical action and attach such claim costs of the clean up onto the Property by lien. After two years the owners of this abandoned property and atime the city takes control of the situation. Meanwhile, this property poses threat tot he neighborhood with posible rabid animals and POSTING of such should be done.
