Description

There continues to be a huge mound of junk/ trash from the encampment. The remaining people from the encampment resorted to leaving carts full of trash and have been throwing open bags of trash along pine and 11th. The man that lives in the corner of 11th and pine continues to add more junk to his encampment where no one can even walk past him on sidewalk. This area still needs to be addressed!
