Lines need to be painted for lanes or a traffic light needs to be here! People go the wrong way down Beekman St. multiple times every day, and virtually no one yields to Beekman St. traffic coming down S. Franklin! With the speed on W. Circular, it is a nightmare for drivers and pedestrians!

This is a problem with how people drive. There is a Do Not Enter sign but people don't pay attention to signs these days. There's also a yeild sign for those on Franklin st. but again, they don't pay attention.

Other than putting signs up, there isn't much that can be done.

The intersection at Beekma, West Circular and South Franklin is dangerous. Many people speed in both directions on W. Circular making crossin the street difficult. There have been 3 accidents in the past year. On sent a car airborn narrowly missing a tree and another sent a car into a brick house at Elm and W. Circular. It was only luck that one of the many high school students that walk this route daily weren't in the path of the accident. I don't want another stop sign, but something has to be done to slow people down. I also agree with the people heading the wrong way on Beekman. A daily problem.

Stop signs on W Circular St would solve this issue

A traffic light would be better. Also: There are no street lights at this intersection. There's a gap in the lampposts along West Circular.
