Description
3 vehicles with expired registration have been stored for months on Florida Street near Monterrey. They were reported via VPD website about a month ago and have not been tagged or moved. Apparently this is acceptable, since many folks cannot afford registration, especially with penalties. It seems to happen in many parts of town. Perhaps Vallejo has the dubious honor of being known as a "sanctuary city" for non-op, non-registered vehicles?
