Description

Increasing number of tent encampments around Lake Merritt, especially near Fairyland. If the city wishes to support the homeless then there should be a designated area, but the lake is the jewel of our city and these encampments pose health and safety issues for the people who like to enjoy the park. Please address this issue and make public your policy, then enforce it!
