Description

Behing The Tuscany at Saint Francis, between the buildings and Zia rd, people are abandoned shopping carts, and garbage. Nobody cleans the area. The shopping carts are being stolen from Albertsaons and Walgreens.
The adrees of Tuscany is 2218 Miguel Chavez Rd; and the affected area is between the buildings and Zia rd.
Some times children push the carts to the dry river. Also Tuscany is filty dring weekends, specialy the back area, close to the bridge.

Some times I see tenants pushing the carts to the buildings and abandom them is the back area. Tuscany has too many problems like noice, people turn their car's stereos in the parking lot. Weekends are specialy messy, noice and garbage every where. Ecologist will upset if they see how tenants are damaging the back area of The Tuscany. Problem are also derivated of the over poblation of the complex. Some times a family rented an apartment and after they move, more people than they declared on the list, come to live in their apartments. Lots of iligal inmigrants, stolen propriety: Bikes; patio furniture; etc

I was cleaning the area 2 days ago, but I can't do it for ever. I am a tenant of Tuscany, and I am realy sorry for moving to that place. They are more shopping carts all along the back side of the buildings. Garbage, and soda cans. There are not sign that indicate that lottering is not allowed. Also, in Albertsons, never patrol its area to avoin chopping carts being remove from their parling lot. Signs in spanish are needed, for the mass of iligal immigrants that are moving to The Tuscany after crossing the line. About noice, is like hell!

I think Albertson's and other bussiness in Saint Francis and Zia are responsable for the shopping carts situation. They never pick up their proprietry, after I called several times to complain. Is ver danger because children are playing inside and can fell to the ravine or throgh the pedestrian bridge!

Who is cleaning Tuscany? Parking lots; hallways; recreation areas? Who is doing something against the noice? Who is controlling how many people can live in a single apartment; because the suddenly increse of numbers of tennants? Who is cleaning the garbage area during the weekend? The back area? Who is controlling how much people are in the pool during the weekends, because is full?
NO BODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
