The City of Detroit Street Maintenance Foreman J. Holmes have referred this service request to Detroit Water and Sewage. It was found to be a cave-in a barrel barricade was placed for public safety. Our goal is to reduce inconveniences and promote safe travels within the City of Detroit.

Thank you for the response. Residents specifically called district 6 on this issue and assert that this barrier has been there for YEARS. This sinkhole is getting larger as district team 6 had to pull a barrier from the hole after weed whacking and trimming the tree that grew to cover the ever expanding sinkhole.
