The street Camellia Place has been deteriorating for some time, repairs needed to be completed, pavement coming up, weeds growing through it, loose pavement, than PG&E and AT&T came inn and over several months tore up the street even more and left uneven pavement where they worked as well as replaced concrete sidewalks with tar as a replacement on the sidewalks. This is simply unacceptable for what our homes are and what we pay in taxes on them. The right side of the street has a pavement groove down the whole one side uneven.
