2512 East Marshall has trash collecting in their backyard which has attracted a colony of rodents. We have a pest control company on a quarterly contract of over a year now to deal with this property owners lack of respect to their neighbors and the neighborhood. This company has exhausted its efforts to rid the rodents tunnels, etc from our property. Their comment is "Until the neighbor stops dumping trash in their backyard they cannot offer any further solutions." Can Richmond City address the issue since rodent colonies are a health and safety concern?
