Deskripsyon

The large round manhole cover is missing. Fortunately there is an "inner pipe" and the drop is only about 4", but it is definitely a tire and rim killer. I can't fathom how this has not been seen let alone fixed (ok, it is not a "main" road).
Is in the east lane.
