Sign is still inoperable. Speeding continues and is a major problem in this residential area. We need more traffic enforcement. People drive like its a race course.

Beats me. As bad as it sounds, this street would be a cash cow for the city. Joking aside, Park Blvd. is a very dangerous street to traverse by car, bike, or foot. I can't count the number of times I've almost been run down in crosswalks; a couple of times by OPD. Sad. I never see a police presence when it's needed most, weekends and during rush hour. Vehicles exceed 45MPH in this residential area. I haven't has any luck getting through to anyone to voice a complaint personally. Most emails bounce back and calls go unreturned.

The city should put a patrol car there during rush hour, as you say. Cars fly down Park, especially at that hour. Have you talked to the Problem Solving Officer about it at the monthly neighborhood meetings or via email?
