This tree on the 2500 block of Maplewood Ave leans dangerously over street onto the building across the way. If it falls it could cause severe property damage. It needs to be cut down. Trimming is not the answer. It also causes hazardous parking since no one wants to park by it.

6/17/2013 - Service Review: Richmond Tree Mgmt (20020890651) noted on 5/1/2013 that the leaning tree is stable and does not appear likely to fail. Arborist will monitor to ensure safety.
