The lane markings on this section of Commerce Dr. traveling northbound are very worn. Vehicles do not maintain their lanes or even realize that there are two lanes of traffic. Also, once rounding the curve, many drivers are surprised that the left lane becomes a turn-only onto Clairemont Ave. This creates a traffic issue in the late afternoon when both northbound lanes are solid with vehicles.
