All I had to do was see the pix and knew it was the same bldg on 5th Street, again. This is a chronic problem. I would suggest that several of us make a meeting with Dixon leasing, their downtown, let's have a discussion.

these are fairly new tenants (maybe three months). three very young people. i feel like i'm living across from a frat house. there was an empty beer case on the stoop for a day, too. once, after they missed three trash days, i tried to gently let one of them know that it was garbage day, and i just got attitude.

The property manager for that unit is named Shanniel, the one I spoke to in January is gone. I left a very detailed message with Damaris of Dixon that they have to educate the renters not to leave trash infront of the building, and also the problems in late January. I also said that they will likely have to appear in court over this, when ticketed.

I told Damaris to have their crew stop today and I didn't know if it was cleaned up, likely not. There is another issue with a Dixon building on 8th Street - trash left outside, I also mentioned.

Is the trash still there as of this morning?

most of the trash went out with monday night's pickup. there are still loose boxes and uncovered recycling in their gate-yard, but maybe this is the best i can hope for. JCIA did tell me that all trash needs to be covered...

Dixon is a terrible company and cannot be relied on. I've gotten screwed over by them, and I know i'm not the only one.
