This is my door locked that I'm being charged $925.00 for a month. My fiance and I are both handicapped his neck is broken and me I'm mentally disabled but we try to keep to ourselves it's hard when we live with a door people assume can come right in. Please help. I've already brought the violations to housing court who served Jean Nesly Chery but he didn't do anything but lie to the police about his intentions of fixing the door, he lied to the fire inspector about fixing the door and he asked me the fire inspector if there was any progress. The managers husband took measurements and had our old door n his room so it looked like he would fix it but that was the beginning of February. What do I do now? I reported this to state of public health and mental health and commission for disabled abuse something like that. I've had no door since November 21, 2016 the first time brockton board of health inspector Patrick Lawton violated Jean for this and he never brought the violates to the committee like the paper says it this would have been fixed.

I was illegally forced out of my house but that was June 18, 2018 and yet the door, windows and electrical where never fixed. Plus the State inspector said that there's black mold underneath the illegal bathroom in room 23 that was leaking from November 2014 - June 2018. Somehow a tenant who claims to be the manager lied in court and got my husband and epileptic with a broken neck, mental health issues, rheumatoid arthritis everywhere thrown out on the street by saying he beat the crap out of her by punching her in the face. Even though the judge said that since the house is in foreclosure there isn't a manager, she's just another tenant. Thank you for your help honestly. My lawyer said I got until the end of the month to remove my things out of the room and clean everythin. I didn't vacate like manager said in court my bed, clothes, paperwork, furniture and I still have my keys.

The building never fixed anything the Brockton Board of health violated the landlord for 3 times. January 10, 2018 I brought the violations to the Brockton Housing court where a temporary restraining order was assigned to have the landlord and his employees fix the violations, we had court on January 17, 2018 were the paper had us all go to court. Nothing was fixed all the way until June 2018 when I couldn't stay in my room alone, cause the manager got a TRO against my fiance so he wasn't allowed on the property. The manager moved in December 2017, but filed 38 TROS against my fiance the first TRO was granted & manager violated it then let it expire, so they didn't believe her when she filed TRO after TRO until the 38th one was granted cause the manager said my fiance assaulted her with no proof or physical marks. That's why I couldn't stay in a house with a door that bad alone I'm a 135lb. female and was forced out my house before the trial. The manager is still harassing us n we're in Boston 25 miles from Brockton. The TRO says that she can walk towards my fiance but he can't be within 100 yards of Sue Poirier manager. This woman is creating all types of problems for my fiance still but has only known us since December 2017 & if we were such horrible people n tenants how did we live at the Apollo House from April 8, 2014 - June 2018. This is illegal all because Sue wanted to move into room 23 she drove us crazy daily. This woman is intellectually disabled and is charge of a building with a bunch of disabled tenants that she's abusing, bullying, punishing, or rewarding. Brockton doesn't want to do anything cops, court, legal aide, Brockton Board of health, the mayor, city hall n anyone else I tried to get to help us. Where r my tenant rights, disabled rights, the laws n amendments none of that was being taken into consideration that psychologically harrassing a disabled person daily in like being an emotional terrorist. I'm still having trouble daily cause of the damage mentally & physically dealt with there, I was doing wonderful until nobody in Brockton wanted to help us & now it'll take over a year to get my head to a tolerable state but I was doing great. The female Brockton judge is being bias no matter what is price the Sue Poirier is wrong the judge is ignoring and Sue never had any proof unlike us we always have proof.
