they are everywhere i can't even get gas for the car without 3 or 4 asking me for money

Many of these street people have violent criminal records. It's dangerous to walk that area or most of downtown for that matter.

This a is terrible problem. The trash under that bridge is horrendous. Open drug deals not sure why its allowed to continue. The homeless are at major intersections blocking traffic and aggressively begging for money. Most are not from Brockton. Unfortunately Brockton seems to be a dumping ground for other areas.
