The whole stretch of Germantown Ave. between Bells Mill and Chestnut Hill Avenue is a mess. There are giant divets and bumps in the pavement all along this stretch of road. Stay as far to the right hand side as you can to avoid them.

How do I report a dangerous sidewalk? (STREETS ISSUES CITATION ONLY)
Although it is the primary responsibility of the homeowner, complaints for a dangerous sidewalk can be made to the Streets Department. Please provide the exact address
where the dangerous sidewalk is, and a description of sidewalk (raised, broken concrete, missing concrete, etc.)
An inspector will be sent to the address and the property owner will be given a 'Notice to Repair' within 5 business days. There is no fine or penalty issued.
