  These Shopping are stolen from local business that is who owns them not vagrants that feel they can take them for own personal use. Along with all other things they seem to think they are entitled to.

  This issue #798260 has NOT been resolved. There are now 6 shopping carts full of stuff and only 2 people who seem to sleep there and are mostly gone during the daytime. See photos! This is illegal dumping and homeless encampment.
