Description

Please install a no turn on red sign on Canal turning south onto 14th. There is a pedestrian cross walk over 14th here but drivers turning south from Canal only look the opposite direction to make sure cars aren't coming when making this turn. If they couldn't turn on red this would help alleviate the possibility of pedestrians almost getting run over here. Too bad we have to over sign because people can't drive properly and don't think about pedestrians. Too many pedestrian vs cars in this area.
