Description

Heading northbound on Centerville Turnpike, left turn signal at Kempsville Road seemed to malfunction. I sat through three cycles before it gave me the green arrow. Car in front of me apparently was waiting a long time and ran the red light out of frustration. Cars behind me were starting to stack up.
