Opis

Giant tree has toppled over and is now precariously lying across utility lines threatening to break at any time. Tree is located in the back of the property and the limb/lines are visible and accessible via the alleyway and/or rear of property. Private citizens attempt to assist however property is vacant/boarded up and it is unknown how to contact owner. Utility lines (plural) are stretched and breakage is inevitable.
