urgent city and police attention needed here. traffic back up daily when its busy and people decide to cut and drive in the opposite lane and suddenly people turn off skycrest on to southall and there are near miss head on collisions and big conflicts -- lots of illegal behavior and road rage I see it daily and it needs to stop so we need some police presence here and city needs to look at a way to fix this mess every morning and evening
