Continuous dumping in alleyway. Section of alleyway is used by cyclist, motorist and foot traffic travel to-from main library and other indemnities. Civic groups have collectively cleaned up behind this store, monthly, to no avail. Store has been cited many many times yet continues to create and maintain a large amount of blight in our neighborhood.
