I believe the neighborhood as realized the safety issues concerning their own families, and have taken steps to help stop this problem. I am looking forward to continuing the improvement!

Since I first informed all about the issue of fireworks and shot being fired into the air every day all around my neighborhood, it did stop for awhile. It was really nice not to worry about this happening
everynight. It seemed like a competition of some sort to see who had the largest fireworks and
also the loudest gun. It has started again. For the last week every night about 8:00 until at least 12:00 it has been terrible. Every once in awhile it has even been around 2:00 in the morning.
Very disturbing, as it is on all sides of my house. Neighbors must also be concerned.
Children & animals are just terrified. Unable to enjoy the evenings. I appreciate our law enforcement. I want to thank them for their service. I know they have so many issues at this time of year with the 4th of July. I do hope they can find time to patrol this area. Thank you

The shooting and fireworks all around my address have gotten to be extremely scary. Even on the 4th, I couldn't go outside to view the fireworks from the park in the distance, like I usually do.
It was so bad that my dogs would not stop shaking and all my cats just disappeared. I even had all
my windows closed and the radios and tv on. Still was so loud. Actually something hit my front window and I thought it might break. Not sure what it was. I hope that this does not continue.
It started getting worse about a week before the 4th and it was still bad last night. Some kind of
a competition with the gun caliber/sounds. Very dangerous!
Hope that the police can continue to catch these people. They do not care if someone gets hurt or
they start a fire, or even hurt one of their own children.
I know the police are really short at this time of year. There must be hundreds of complaints and
calls. I also hope that other neighbors call the police to notify them of this very dangerous
behavior. Thank You

The fireworks have stopped mostly and the gun fire still happens every night or two.
