The alley in the 200 block of 17th Street SE is unpaved and just weeds. The residents let each other drive through their property as the alley itself is unusable due to the slope and weeds. There is a local community garden that is great, but the alley itself does not work. There are three garages, they are actually 10 fees back behind our property lines, but if one of us decided to use our entire property, it would landlocked the rest of us. I would like to have this alley paved.
