    I reported this and you closed this issue, but I don't live in D Street SE, we live on 17th Street SE in 200 block and out recycling hasn't been picked up. I fear if we have a government shutdown it could be weeks. Our trash is in the alley behind 215 17th SE

    The alley in the 200 block of 17th Street SE is unpaved and just weeds. The residents let each other drive through their property as the alley itself is unusable due to the slope and weeds. There is a local community garden that is great, but the alley itself does not work. There are three garages, they are actually 10 fees back behind our property lines, but if one of us decided to use our entire property, it would landlocked the rest of us. I would like to have this alley paved.

    Tree is making it difficult for cars, trucks and trash collection. Tree limbs scrape roofs of cars and would not allow for a pod delivery. Tree is a weed and needs trimming or to be removed

    The whole retaining wall for the property is collapsing. If we get a large rain or snow storm I fear the whole wall will come down and injure someone walking bye. As of now the sidewalk is littered with pieces of the wall.

    My Neighbour moves out and dumped whatever couldn't fit into his moving truck into the alley, there are pipes, drawers, paint, oil, exercise equipment, and tons of junk.

    It looks like a construction company has laid a dumpster on the alley way behind 16th street SE (between mass and independence). The alley under the dumpster is badly damaged.

    There is trash all over the alleyway behind Independence and 17th SE - not sure if it was the trash men or someone. There are already rats eating the food waste.

    My name is Susan Holbrook and I live at 219 17th street SE and my alleyway is overgrown with vegetation. The neighbours here have always had an understanding that we drive through each other's properties to make it to the paved alleyway, but their are flippers flipping a home into two condos and they are going to use their full lot, those landlocking two homes of the city does not come in and actually pave the alley or at least clean up the vegetation that is on the alleyway. We have a community garden back here, but I have seen the city plans and their is also supposed to be an alley.
