Description

Cross walk on Florida AVE NW before north Capitol is very dangerous. Cars do not stop as they speed to the light which is a few hundred yards ahead. Crossing is very difficult as cars do not have a speed hump before the cross walk. A man on a wheelchair was hit here and this needs to be addressed before another incident. There needs to be a speed hump before the cross walk on birth the east and west side of the cross walk.
