I called Central Hudson 1 week ago for the second timer. The person told me it would be taken care of. Don't know what that time frame is. This stuff didn't used to be this difficult

I thought this site was to get things done. This light has been out for probably 6 months or more. It has been reported to this site several times, nothing. It has been called into Central Hudson several times, was told it would be taken care of, and nothing. It used to be as simple as calling them and they would be there in a day or two. It is a safety issue for all concerned.
Someone please tell me who to contact to get this fixed.

There are other lights out in our area so I sent them the list.
