Can’t see house from street

I totally agree with you. seems to me like we don't even have CE anymore. my neighbor runs a motel from her home, without a license. she has been sighted over and over and nothing happens to her. now she built this structure on the side of her house that the roof hangs all the way to the property line, they site her and nothing happens. I guarantee you if any of the commissioners or mayor lived next door to these properties, it would have been taken care of. 3 doors down, foreclosure, nasty pool, been green for 3 months now, nothing happens. do properties only have to be maintained in the front yards? OMG if you go down the alleys its so disgusting at several properties around me. we live near Orangebrook in Hollywood Hills. It is very disappointing to live here to say the least.
