I have reported this situation in the past, but it has only gotten worse. I wonder what efforts have been made to resolve the problems?
The vacant lot with the abandoned and graffiti-covered "market" continues to act as a dump site. It is now adorned with a burned-out vehicle. Perhaps the City of Oakland has designated this spot as a model project intended to illustrate urban ills? Why can't something be done?
