Corner of 20th St and Spring Garden, a large dumpster has been blocking nearly the entirety of the bike lane for several months.

PGW removed the industrial container that was blocking the bike lane this afternoon. PGW removed the trash that was piled on top of the container and put it on the curb. The bike lane appears to uninhibited.
