This entire block is always blocked by cars parked on the street and the suicide lane. Cars cannot move forward. This is DAILY!!!!! What's the point of paying park enforcement if no one enforces parking laws!!!! Cars are blocking traffic and creating hazard for all other drivers. This is unacceptable.

I reported the parking situation in along that block back in August 2016. At one point orange cones were placed in the middle lane. They remained for about a month, then things went back to usual. This is who I wrote to:
