Description
Black nissan pathfinder abandoned and non-operational on the SW corner of Tennessee and Colusa st in front of the old salvation army building on tennessee st.. Has been here for weeks. originally it was 3 wheeling because it looked like it had a broken ball joint, then it sat on a jack with no driver front wheel for a few days. Now, it has a wheel back on it, but its still sitting on a jack.
where is code and parking enforcement in this town??? abandoned cars sit for weeks or even months when california vehicle code states that vehicles are not allowed to park on public roadways for more than 72 hours. furthermore, public storage or parking of a dismantled vehicle on public property for more than 10 days is punishable by misdemeanor.. (fine and/or jail) WHY are we not enforcing these laws????
