For MONTHS, the owner of this vehicle (Sundance Contracting) has taken over this NO PARKING ANYTIME space at 14 & Independence NE (across from Thankful Baptist Church) as his private parking space. It can be found here many evenings and early mornings. It has been there and HAS NOT MOVED for the past week! Previously reported online and then on phone last Tuesday, Jan 17, but vehicle is never tagged!!! What's up with Parking Enforcement???
